Unfortunately we are experiencing a problem with 2 of our phone lines. At our end the line is very crackly; sometimes all we can hear is very loud static noises. Sadly when this happens we cannot hear the person on the other end of the line, so we have to end the call. We are waiting for BT to come and have a look for us.
