Nursery

This is the home of Mrs Simm and Mrs Wilson.

Things may be a little different this year but we are still going to have fun in our class.  We always try to enjoy ourselves and be helpful and kind to each other.  We will be very busy this year  learning how to share and make friends whilst gaining new  skills and independence. We use both the  inside and outside areas daily,  so please remember to bring a warm coat, every day.  Children should also bring a water bottle daily too.

 

P.E. will be on Mondays and Tuesdays.  For the time being we will be working in small groups and using the outdoor area rather than the hall. Your child will be working with either Miss Morris or Mr Noblett our school sports specialists.  

 

Please can you check your child has their name in everything and also that they have the right uniform on when they get home! We often need to change children and their clothes should be on their peg if we do, however it can be tricky to remember to do this at busy  times. Please remember all day children should bring a spare set of their own clothes to leave on their peg. 

 

This year we will be still be having book bags and library books but these will now be on a fortnightly basis. They can be returned by Friday of one week and then they will be given out again the following Friday. We love looking at your busy books to see all the exciting learning at  home, however we are sorry we are unable to change or look at books if they are returned in the issuing week.   We will be adding ideas of how you can help your child learn at home, as well as information about what we have been doing in Nursery.
