Welcome to our page on Mental Health and Well Being.
This page is designed to provide support and signposting to you if you are concerned about your own or your child’s mental health and well-being or if you are interested in finding out more about the subject.
Mental health is a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community. (World Health Organization)
In school we have undertaken lots of work on understanding that keeping our brains healthy and happy is just as important to keeping our bodies healthy.
We hope you find this page useful. If you are concerned or have any worries about your child, please remember staff are always here to listen and help.
