This week, we learnt a song about a little donkey called Tingalayo.  We already know the word for donkey, and little donkey is very similar.

In the song, Tingalayo does some very strange things for a donkey!

This week, we started a new topic about clothes.  Today we learnt how to say the following items of clothing.

We put them all together in a song.

Today we sang an action song in Spanish, called Camina con Cosmo (Walk with Cosmo).

Today, we learnt how to say it's cloudy  in Spanish.

We listened to a song about a cloud.  We closed our eyes and listened to all the different Spanish words.

Today, we learnt how to say it's raining in Spanish.

We listened to a song about the rain, and counted the raindrops.

Today we listened to some Spanish guitar music by the Gipsy Kings.

This week, Jose and Elena taught us how to say a different type of weather in Spanish.  It's windy!

This week, we learnt how to say some weather phrases in Spanish.

Today we introduced Jose and Elena to the new children in Reception. We practised saying Hello and Good morning using our finger rhyme.
