How to help at home with writing
Pencil grip
Children will go through several stages of developmemt and experiment with how to hold their pencil and can use both hands. We will work towards a preferred hand with tripod grip but some children are not ready for this in Nursery. Their muscles in their hands and fingers may not be developed enough. Finger and hand exercises can help with this.
