Cross Country

2021-22

On Monday 43 of our children took part in the Knowsley Cross Country Race. The children were very excited - a first for representing school in sport for some of them. Despite the rain (typical) and muddy course, they all did themselves and our school proud, showing tremendous perseverance and resilience when the going got tough. with everyone finishing the race. A special mention to the Year 4 children who were mainly against Years 5 / 6 children. They gave their best against over 200 children - seriously impressive. Well done everyone, we look forward to the next race around Easter.

2019-20

Well done to everyone who took part in the Knowsley Cross Country Competition last night, especially Ellie Burke who came 7th. A special mention to Andrew Maclean for taking part and finishing in 15th place. Our Daily Mile is certainly helping to build up stamina. Well done everybody for taking part; you were all amazing and showed great determination finishing the race.
