Good afternoon. Please note we have amended our Child Absence Notification Form. A copy is available from our Website under tabs Parents - Letters to Parents  and Attendance. If your child has been absent for any reason these forms must be completed and emailed to school at crontonce@ldst.org.uk BEFORE your child returns to school.
