More of our fabulous wreaths

Wreaths 16-11-2020

Good evening. If parents prefer not to take part in our Smartie Tube collection (on Friday 20th November)  but wish to make a direct donation to our Christmas fundraising instead this would be absolutely fine and we would be very grateful.

To make a direct donation our account details are as follows:

Account name Cronton C of E Primary School

Account number 01956223

Sort Code 30-99-14

Please ensure you mark the donation as "Christmas Donation" for our audit purposes.

If parents would still like to send in the Smartie tubes on 20th November , I would like to reassure all parents / carers that school would be following strict Covid guidelines on the collection of them. We fully appreciate the difficult time during the current lockdown restrictions regarding meeting family and friends and apologise if this caused any upset. The tubes were only meant as a fun activity for the children. Thank you for the tubes already received, your support is very much appreciated.

If your child does not wish to bring in a smartie tube on 20th November, they can still come in non-uniform on the day - we will not single out any child or family for this.

We have decided to cancel this week's non uniform day on Friday 13th November so as not to ask for any further items to be brought into school at this difficult time.

Thank you for the chocolate donations sent in last week. We will make these into small hampers and will organise an on-line raffle, again with "tickets" bought by direct transfer to our bank, should any parent wish to take part. We will notify parents when this has been set up.

Thank you for your understanding in this as we try to make the end of the long Autumn term as "normal" as we can for the children.
